- Marijuana possession: People convicted for third offense marijuana possession will face a felony conviction, regardless of the time between charges.
First offense: Depending on the amount of marijuana being possessed, a conviction can carry up to six months in jail
Second offense: up to $1000 fine and/or six months in jail
Third offense: felony conviction, up to two years in jail
Fourth offense: felony conviction, up to eight years in jail.
- Intent to sell/distribute:
